You absolutely put into words how I’ve been feeling in this season. I especially relate to losing a role and feeling disoriented because of that, and falling into not-so-great coping mechanisms. The never-ending scrolling to escape and live through other’s posts—wow—that’s been me lately. Anyway, thank you! Your words truly held up a mirror for me and gave me so much to think about this weekend.

My heart aches with yours as I read about the circles we go in as we spin and fall down. When will we learn and grow past this? I was 23 when I got my first smart phone. 10 years later, with no training on what to do with it, I'm burnt out on this marketing ploy on my life. I'm redefining what social media is for me now. I felt like you were talking to me. I’ve been in the same kind of state for so long. I was a caregiver to my grandmother for over two years until she passed. During that time God gave me the writing gift and that has grown. But like you said you wanted clarity and an answer, I have been looking too! What stuck out to me the most was to try and take a step. This is a beginning and ending season for me too. I really needed to hear this today. Thank you.
